If you are thinking about getting the game then I suggest that you DO NOT get it. It looks like a playstation 1 game and has horrible voice acting. Just my opinion. It is nothing compared to Oblivion.

The graphics really aren't that bad, and the voice acting is tolerable once you get to the core goodness of the game. It sounds to me like you just played for ten to thirty minutes expecting another Oblivion, and you were disappointed when you realized that they weren't copying Oblivion at all. This game, to me, has more of a hardcore RPG feel to it, whereas Oblivion had a watered-down, casual RPG feel to it. Personally, I prefer Two Worlds' feel.
My advice to potential buyers: Play Two Worlds, but go into it without expectations. If you go in expecting an improved Oblivion, you will hate the game.
(Morrowind>Two Worlds>Oblivion)

Oblivion should not really be considered a true roleplay in my opinion. Basically whatever you do during the main quest will have the same outcome as another person who plays. To me that does not suggest a true RPG. It is a great game although it could use more armor types and styles. It also needs more possible outcomes to the main storyline. It also needs the ability to have unofficial mods on the 360 version. I always mod my games to the max and it stinks for me to have it for xbox 360 without all the mods. I never have enough...

True, Oblivion is more like an Action-Adventure game than a true RPG. However, it is still considered an RPG. It is a game, in which you play a role; by definition, it is a Role-Playing Game.

I liked Two Worlds. I had a site about it... but it died.
Two Worlds offers something that Oblivion didn't, which is like previously said, more of a RPG feel. The amount of weapons and armor there is out there for you is bewildering to me. There is a ton to explore, kill, rescue, and talk to in this world. The voice acting isn't THAT bad. At first, I nearly muted my TV from listening to it, but you actually come to like the Old English acting.
Methinks it's a pretty good game with some flaws. First off, lag. The game lags a hackuva lot more then I would hope. The horse controls are terrible, but you get over it in time. The story is pretty dull, as you run messenger boy, from element piece to element piece, nod to node, person to person, etc.
I felt like I was more of a servant at times then a might Warrior Mercenary. There is a lot of quests, and will keep you busy for a while. I wish they had made the B button block instead of 'Jump Back', or dodge, but really, it's no biggie.
The leveling is good, and there is a fair amount of skills availble to level, offering a distinct class. Your guy can go from not being able to kill a wolf to being able to take down towns and dragons in a few hits, which I think is awesome.
Anyways... I don't think this game can quite match up to Oblivion, but it sure makes a heckuva good effort.
I'd give it a 8/10.
There's my thoughts...

I think that Oblivion could have been improved with some of the things that two worlds has. Oblivion does not have very many types of armor, like you said. Morrowind had a great deal of armor which was taken out. I miss the left and right pauldrons that could be worn on the shoulders. Morrowind had TONS of different types of armors and items.
I understand that they needed to cut some of the stuff because the Xbox 360 discs have limited space for the High Def graphics and huge world. I would give up the voices any day to have the deep roleplay feeling that was left out which Morrowind had.
