this is part of the main quest about the spies in bruma. I already killed Jearl and already brought the note to jauffre and he told me to find the other spy but i cant seem to find him

u go into a cave right outside to the left of bruma(on the map) and the spy is in there

Oh yea thats right and I think that cave leads to Jearls basement but I might be mistaken.

It does. That is a common escape route for me now. It's very convenient for sneaking out of the city unseen.
